We aim to provide a professional and supportive service to all our patients. Sometimes this doesn’t go to plan and we will always do our best to resolve concerns as they arise. Whilst most problems can be sorted out quickly and easily, if you are considering making a complaint about any aspect of the service you have received, please take a look at our complaints leaflet (PDF) which provides further information and guidance.
